Constancy (Soft) became firm when the underlying muscle contract

Surface is smooth

Edges(well defined)

Not attached  to skin or underling structures

Mobile from side to side but not along the course of the muscle

Cross Fluctuation +ve

Translumination test is +ve

Examine the draining lymph node

Cover the patient

Thank the patient
